Specifics
- This index was created and maintained by library staff and volunteers for a limited number of years. It has a narrow scope and date range for specific years and types of articles from the Princeton Packet and Town Topics.
- Date coverage is 1983 through 2006 for general articles from both newspapers.
- Obituaries from both newspapers are indexed back to 1975 and from 1892-1950 for the Princeton Packet.
- Search by personal name, keyword, subject heading, date, newspaper name or type of article.
- Indexed articles have a Princeton focus; other articles from the newspapers during the dates covered might not appear in this index.
- Due to the limited scope and possible gaps in coverage, not finding a reference in the index does not mean the article was not in the newspaper. Please contact the 2nd floor Information Desk for assistance.
- Index has citations only. Options for full text articles include the microfilm holdings at the library or via the Papers of Princeton database.
