We invite you to check out this month’s PPL Youth Services recommendations for activities, resources, and new books in the library collection for children ages birth to five years old and their families.
“Finnie’s Ocean Treasure” Puppet Show
On July 20 at 3 pm, the spectacular hand-made puppets of Robert Rogers Puppet Company will transport audiences at the library to the wondrous depths of the ocean, with this warm-hearted story for all ages. Finnie is a young fish who lives in a peaceful coral reef, but she yearns for adventure and wonders what life would be like far from home. She gets her wish when a sudden cold current carries her off to a distant seascape, where surprising and strange creatures become her new best friends. Finnie does indeed find a treasure, but it’s not at all what she expected! Read more about Robert Rogers Puppet Company.
